Questions

What is a page?
A page the reader reads: one page of a PDF, or one photo. A spreadsheet counts one page for every 50 rows. A .zip counts the pages of the documents in it.
Are my documents stored?
No. A document lives in memory while it is read, and is gone once its results are with you. We keep your account, page counts and billing ids; never a statement.
Who processes payment?
Dodo Payments, as merchant of record: it charges your card, handles VAT and sales tax for your country and sends your receipts. Your card details never reach our server.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a one-time price?
Yes, for the desktop app: $149 once, for up to 2 computers, Mac or Windows. It reads with no internet connection; a licence is activated online once. Try it free for 14 days first.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a passkey on your phone or computer. Add a second one on another device so you are never locked out.
