The service
docsanalyzer reads bank and card statements you upload and shows what they contain: transactions, checks, groups, insights, reports and exports. It reads; it does not verify anything with your bank. Every figure comes from the documents you provide.
Reports are not advice or decisions
The affordability report, the tamper check and the other analyses say what the statements show. They are not a credit score, a lending or visa decision, financial, tax or legal advice, or proof that a document is genuine or altered. Check what matters against the original documents.
Your documents
Upload only documents you are allowed to process. We read them in memory and do not keep them; see privacy.
Plans and payment
Plans and their page allowances are on pricing. Paid plans renew each month or year until cancelled. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record: it sells you the subscription, charges your card, handles taxes and issues receipts, under its own terms. You can cancel at any time from your account; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. A change of plan takes effect at once, and the difference for the rest of the period is charged or credited in proportion; the amount is shown before you confirm. Refunds follow Dodo Payments' policy and the law where you live.
Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running and correct, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on its output; our liability is limited to what you paid in the last twelve months.
Changes
We may change these terms; we will say so here, and by email to paying customers for changes that matter. Questions: hello@docsanalyzer.com.
