Bank statements, analyzed offline.
The same engine, on your Mac or Windows PC, with no internet connection. Unplug the cable, turn on flight mode, use it on a machine that is never online: every statement is read, checked and analyzed on the computer in front of you.
- No internet needed. Reading, checking, insights and exports all work offline: not one network call while it reads.
- Nothing leaves your computer. No upload, no server, no cloud AI. For statements that must stay on the premises.
- No account. Download, open, drop a statement. The trial runs offline too.

Version 0.1.0 · beta · published 7 October 2026
Opening it the first time
This beta is not yet signed, so your computer asks before it opens. That is expected; it happens once.
Mac
- Open the downloaded file and drag docsanalyzer to Applications.
- Open docsanalyzer from Applications. macOS says it can't verify the developer: choose Done.
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to docsanalyzer. Confirm once more.
On macOS 14 you can also right-click the app, choose Open, then Open. Or, in Terminal: xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/docsanalyzer.app
Windows
- Run the downloaded installer. It installs for your user only and needs no administrator rights.
- If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, click More info, then Run anyway.
- If your PC has no Microsoft Edge WebView2 (most Windows 10 and 11 PCs already do), the installer downloads it once from Microsoft.
What's in it
- Everything you can do in the web app: any bank's PDF, Excel or CSV in English or Arabic, and scans and photos in English; locked PDFs; the balance check; categories, groups, insights and trends; the exports.
- Results identical to the website's: checked on hundreds of made-up statements and documents, on both Mac and Windows.
- Not in this beta: chat, the written review, and grouping documents by person.
Trial and licence
The beta runs free for 14 days or 50 pages, whichever comes first, with no internet. To keep using it, buy a licence: a key by email, for up to 2 computers, Mac or Windows, with no subscription and no expiry.
$149 once
Buy a licencePaid through Dodo Payments, in your own currency, with tax added where your country charges it. Then open the app, choose Activate, and paste the key.
A licence is activated once, online. After that the app keeps working offline for good: it re-checks the licence at most once a month, and only when it happens to be online.
Privacy
- No analytics, fonts or update checks: the app talks to nothing while it reads.
- It writes only its settings and licence (in your Library folder on a Mac, in %APPDATA% on Windows). Exports go where you save them.
- The one network call is the licence: when you click Activate, and a re-check at most once a month when the computer is online. It sends the licence key and a random install id, nothing else. Offline, nothing is sent and nothing stops.
