Privacy
Two ways, said plainly. In the web app your statement is uploaded to our server, read there in memory and deleted once the results are with you. With the desktop app it never leaves your computer.
No third parties. Either way it is read by our own software: no cloud AI, and no outside fonts or scripts.
Visits are counted by our own cookie-free analytics, on the same server: pages viewed and buttons used, never what you upload.
Nothing kept. A document lives in memory while it is read, then it is gone.
Locked PDFs are opened with your password once, then it is forgotten.
With an account we keep your plan, page counts and your passkeys' public keys, never a document. Privacy.
